If you already work with Services Australia
If you currently have an adaptor based application that integrates with Services Australia's programs, you have until 13 March 2022 to upgrade to web services. From this date, adaptor based applications that integrate with Services Australia will cease to operate.
To allow time for integration testing to be completed and for products to be rolled out to sites, certification must be completed by 30 November 2021. We won't be able to accept bookings for product certification after this date.
If you have questions in regard to your development you can book in a half hour appointment with our team to assist you with any technical questions you might have. Send an email to the Developer Support team with options for dates and times (AEDT) and an indication of the answers you are looking for. Developer Support will invite you to a Microsoft Teams meeting where we will assist you to fast track your development.
